Refund policy

If you need to return an item following your purchase, We accept returns for items which are unworn and in pristine condition, within 7 days of purchase. Full refunds will be issued only upon final inspection. We request a time period for:

- return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- Avoid mentioning jewelry on your package.
- Return Shipments should be sent insured to the address below:

To make an exchange or return by email, send an email to sdajewelry@gmail.com, and be sure to include the following details:
* Name (first and last) on the order
* Order number
* Daytime phone

FOR SECURITY REASONS, do not write sdajewelry.com, or other jewelry-related words on your return/exchange package. Also, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package.

Damaged, tampered with or misused items are ineligible for refund.

Custom designed merchandise and engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
